What do you need from us to start?
The provider details you have and a signed HIPAA authorization. Some facilities require their own authorization form or extra identification; when one does, we tell you before the request stalls.
How long does medical record retrieval take?
Typically 10 to 14 days, depending on the provider. That is an estimate, not a guarantee. Some facilities answer in days; others need repeated follow-up, which we handle.
Do we have to switch case management software?
